Our quietly located guesthouse is situated on the eastern outskirts of Innsbruck in Tyrol.
The adjacent river "Inn" takes you along its bike path to the city center, which is 4.5 km away. Also by public transport, such as tram lines 2 and 5, you can reach the city center in about 25 minutes. This stop is only a few minutes' walk from the house.
The city of Innsbruck offers a variety of cultural offerings and shopping opportunities. Thanks to our location, our house is ideal for business and passing travelers as well as for a city trip.

In summer, sporty Innsbruck offers countless leisure opportunities. In the immediate vicinity are the Rossau lake, the O-Dorf indoor pool, the Tivoli stadium, two tennis courts, a mini golf course, the golf course in Igls, the shopping center “Dez,” the Olympiaworld, the climbing center, the Nordkette, the Hungerburgbahn, and much more. But there are also numerous hiking trails and mountain bike tours waiting for you.
In winter you will find 12 ski areas around Innsbruck, such as: Kühtai-Hochötz, Glungezer, Axamer Lizum, Rangger Köpfl, Patscher Kofl, Nordkette, Mutterer Alm, Glungezer, Schlick 2000, Stubai Glacier, Serlesbahnen, Elferbahnen.
